The Moonee Valley Festival on Sunday, March 15th, was a fantastic day out for the community, and Riverside was thrilled to be right in the middle of the action!
Throughout the day, hundreds of kids stepped up to the Riverside marquee to give golf a go. For many, it was their first time ever holding a club, and the energy was incredible. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and witness some surprisingly impressive swings from our local juniors!
- The "Guess Your Distance" Challenge: Powered by our TrackMan technology, participants guessed how far they could hit the ball and had three shots to match that number.
- The Prize: Precision paid off! Those who landed right on their guess walked away with a sleeve of Srixon Q-Star Tour Divide Golf Balls.
- Steady Action: The marquee was buzzing all day with a steady line of families keen to test their skills and learn more about the game.
Events like the Moonee Valley Festival are a great reminder of how much fun golf can be and how easy it is for anyone to get involved. We believe that bringing the game to the community is the best way to inspire the next generation of golfers.
