Meet Our Junior Coach: Peter Irlam
We’re excited to introduce Peter Irlam, our passionate and experienced Junior Coach who joined the Riverside Golf & Sports Centre team three months ago. Many of you may have already seen him around the course, running energetic and engaging sessions for our budding golfers!
Peter’s Passion for Junior Development
Peter has been a qualified PGA Professional in Great Britain and Ireland for over 8 years. His enthusiasm for the game and dedication to junior development shines through in every session. He enjoys coaching in both group environments and one-on-one settings, tailoring each lesson to suit individual needs and skill levels.
Making the Most of Our Facilities
At Riverside, we’re lucky to have excellent facilities and Peter plans to make full use of them. Junior sessions will take place on the course, putting green, and driving range (light permitting). In great news for the program, we've recently received permission to use the driving range during off hours with air flow balls. This means more flexibility and greater opportunities for skill development.
