After spending three months travelling across rural China, Jinxian is thrilled to return to Riverside Golf Course, enjoying the beautiful evenings.
Jinxian started playing golf ten years ago after watching others play while he was at the Ascot Vale Tennis Club. Initially, he practised at the driving range for a few months before moving to the course. Although he struggled at first and played alone, he's now comfortable meeting up with fellow golfers.
During the pandemic, Jinxian focused more on golf and quit tennis entirely. Despite describing himself as "not a very good player," he loves the exercise and the peaceful walks the game offers.
With his three children now in Sydney, Jinxian is waiting for them to find a place where he can live close to a golf course. In the meantime, he'll continue enjoying his time at Riverside.
