If you've played a round recently, you might have noticed some fresh infrastructure going up along the perimeter of the course. Brand-new safety nets have officially been installed along Holes 1 and 3, providing a vital extra buffer for local traffic along Stanford Street and Angler Parade.
Manufactured by industry leaders Country Club International, these nets represent top-tier design and durability, keeping our surrounding community safe without compromising the look and feel of the fairways.
And the improvements don't stop there. Looking ahead, Council has also organised an additional safety net to be installed on Hole 5. Designed to catch those tricky right-handed snap-hooks near the water hazards, this upcoming addition will provide an essential layer of protection for pedestrians enjoying a stroll along the river trail.
What to Know:
Holes 1 & 3 Complete: High-durability safety nets are now fully installed along Stanford Street (Hole 1) and Angler Parade (Hole 3).
Industry-Leading Quality: Supplied and manufactured by Country Club International to ensure maximum strength and lifespan.
Hole 5 Coming Soon: Council has approved an additional net along Hole 5 to safeguard the busy river trail from stray shots near the water.
These upgrades reflect our ongoing commitment to course safety for both our players and the local community. Enjoy your next round with a little extra peace of mind on the tee!
