Since our reopening after the floods, the Riverside Kitchen and Bar has finally returned to normal operations. The atmosphere around the restaurant has begun to flourish again with a range of fantastic functions and mouth-watering food on offer.
Let’s talk food…
The menu ranges from fancy (à la the Lamb Shank) to the humble (but delicious), Chicken Parma. The menu has a perfect mix of choices; pizza, pasta, and burger combo’s to satisfy every sort of food craving mood you may be in!
Function Manager, Loren says “the crispy salt and pepper calamari is my favourite, and it comes in either entreé or main size depending on how hungry you are!”
Whilst, Venue Manager, James told us “for me the whole grilled flounder special at the moment is a real winner!”
The team at Riverside Kitchen and Bar also provide dietary friendly options, such as some gluten-free and vegetarian options available. Our menu also includes an indication of nuts for those who have allergies.

If you have enjoyed your time at our restaurant, and have an upcoming event, then maybe you’d like to consider Riverside Kitchen & Bar for your next function!
The team offers a range of function styles, this includes:
- Canape standing events
- 2 or 3 course meal seated events
- Seminars or meeting events
- There are a few limited morning/afternoon tea options available.
The function room seats up to 90 people and can hold 150 standing (this includes the balcony area). In addition to this incredibly spacious room, the function room also has its very own separate entrance. The only thing you and your guests will share are the bathrooms.
All bookings include a basic speaker system, a drop down projection with a HDMI connection, a separate service bar and any seating required.
We also allow for bookings to organise and supply their own decorations, along with their own DJ at NO extra cost!
